Good to know before you order

How do I order?
Pick a plan, fill in your organisation's details and submit. You get an order number and an invoice by email straight away. Pay by M-Pesa and we start setting you up.
How do I pay?
In Kenya: by M-Pesa Paybill (your invoice number is the account), an M-Pesa prompt to your phone, or bank transfer. Anywhere else: by card or international bank transfer, in US dollars, euros, pounds or Kenya shillings. Payments are matched to your invoice automatically.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
Yes. We are based in Nairobi and serve clients around the world. Set-up, data migration and training are done online, support works across time zones, and you pay in US dollars, euros, pounds or shillings.
How long does set-up take?
Most set-ups are done within a few working days of payment, depending on how much data needs moving. We agree a date with you as soon as your order is paid.
Which currencies can we pay in?
US dollars, euros, British pounds and Kenya shillings. Choose your currency at the top of the website or when you order; your invoices and renewals stay in that currency.
Can you move our records from Excel or our old system?
Yes. Set-up includes importing your existing records — learners, products, members or clients — so you start with your own data, not an empty system.
