How much does a custom ERP cost?

Every ERP is quoted individually, based on the processes it covers, the number of departments and users, the integrations needed and the overall complexity. After the discovery stage you receive a fixed, itemised quotation. Discussing your needs costs nothing.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope. Smaller systems can go live within weeks; larger ones are delivered in stages so you start benefiting early. Your timeline is part of the quotation.

Can it connect to M-Pesa and our other systems?

Yes. M-Pesa payments and bulk SMS are common, and we can connect to other systems you rely on. Every integration is listed and priced in the quotation.

What if our needs change later?

The ERP is built to grow with you. New modules, reports and changes can be added as your business evolves, under the support terms agreed in your proposal.

Do we have to stop work while you build it?

No. Your team keeps working as normal while we build and test, and we plan the switch-over with you so the move is smooth.

Do you work with clients outside Kenya?

Yes. We are based in Nairobi and serve clients around the world. Set-up, data migration and training are done online, support works across time zones, and you pay in US dollars, euros, pounds or shillings.

Which currencies can we pay in?

US dollars, euros, British pounds and Kenya shillings. Choose your currency at the top of the website or when you order; your invoices and renewals stay in that currency.

Can you move our records from Excel or our old system?

Yes. Set-up includes importing your existing records — learners, products, members or clients — so you start with your own data, not an empty system.

Will you train our staff?

Yes. Every plan includes training for the people who will use the system — online wherever you are, or on site where we can reach you.
