Terms of service

Orders

An order placed on this website is an offer to buy the plan shown. We accept it by issuing an invoice. Prices are in the currency shown at checkout (Kenya shillings, US dollars, euros or pounds) and exclude VAT unless stated. Clients outside Kenya are not charged Kenyan VAT on services exported to them.

Payment

Invoices are payable by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer, in the invoice's currency, by the due date shown. Bank and card charges on your side are yours to cover. An order not paid within 14 days may be cancelled. Set-up begins once payment is received.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period at the then-current price, and we invoice before each period starts. You may cancel before the next period by telling us in writing. If an invoice remains unpaid 14 days after its due date, the service is paused until it is paid; we warn you first, your data is kept safe, and the service comes back on automatically once payment is received.

Hosting and domains

Systems we host carry an annual hosting, SSL and domain fee, shown on each package. The first year is billed with your order and it renews yearly in advance. If hosting lapses, the system and your web address may go offline until it is renewed.

Set-up and support

We agree a set-up date with you after payment. Support is provided through our help desk within the response times we publish.

Your data

Your data remains yours. We process the data you keep in our software only on your instructions, under our data processing terms, which form part of these terms. You can ask for an export at any time while your subscription is active and for 90 days after it ends; after that we delete it.

Acceptable use

You must not use our systems for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to attempt to access other clients' data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the personal data you put in our software.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the service available and secure, but we are not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months.
