Do you work with clients outside Kenya?
Yes. We are based in Nairobi and serve clients around the world. Set-up, data migration and training are done online, support works across time zones, and you pay in US dollars, euros, pounds or shillings.
Which currencies can we pay in?
US dollars, euros, British pounds and Kenya shillings. Choose your currency at the top of the website or when you order; your invoices and renewals stay in that currency.
Can you move our records from Excel or our old system?
Yes. Set-up includes importing your existing records — learners, products, members or clients — so you start with your own data, not an empty system.
Will you train our staff?
Yes. Every plan includes training for the people who will use the system — online wherever you are, or on site where we can reach you.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Raise a ticket on our client portal, email or call us. Every request gets a ticket number and a committed response time, and you can follow it online.
Is our data safe?
Each client is kept separate, access is by individual login with roles, and we back up daily. We handle personal data in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, and the principles of the EU GDPR for clients in Europe. You can export your data at any time.
Are hosting and a domain included?
Your system runs on our secure cloud hosting with an SSL certificate and your own web address. Hosting and domain are billed once a year — the amount is shown on every package, the first year is on your first invoice, and it renews automatically each year after that.
