The business problem
The church needed a website its own office could keep up to date, and one place to record tithes and offerings with receipts, plan each department's activities against the year's budget and approve spending — instead of paper records and spreadsheets.
Our solution
ChurchOS, set up for Pioneer AGC on its own web address: a public website for visitors and members, and behind it a back office for the pastor, treasurer, secretary and department leaders.
Key capabilities
- Public website: sermons and sermon series, Bible study materials, events, ministries, photo gallery, leadership and a visitor's guide
- A Give page with the church's M-Pesa Paybill and bank details
- Tithes and offerings recorded against each fund, every gift with a receipt, and finance reports
- Eleven departments, each with its 2026 activity plan and budget, followed through the year
- Expense requests with an approval workflow
- Members, care groups and attendance, with online member registration
- Prayer requests, with confidential ones seen only by the pastor
- Facility hire: enquiries, bookings and invoices
- Staff records, leave and payroll
- The church mailbox inside the back office, email notifications and an audit trail

Implementation scope
Installed and hosted by Webresource Hub on the church's own domain, with its departments, budgets, funds, leadership and photographs set up for it, and staff accounts with secure sign-in.
M-Pesa gifts are made to the church's Paybill and recorded by the treasurer; automatic M-Pesa confirmation (Daraja) is built in but not yet switched on.
