We needed one place for everything a software company does — winning work, quoting, invoicing in several currencies, paying staff and supporting clients — instead of a website, spreadsheets and separate tools that do not talk to each other.
Our solution
A custom business system built around how we work: the public website feeds every enquiry into a staff inbox, quotations become invoices, every payment posts to a double-entry ledger, and clients follow their invoices and support tickets in their own portal.

Implementation scope
Designed and built in-house, and running live at webresourcehub.com. Online payment by M-Pesa prompt and by card is built but has not yet been run against the live payment services.
