The business problem
Netinfosec Solutions Ltd needed to sell networking tools and accessories online across Kenya, quote business and installer customers quickly, and run stock, orders and its own counter sales from one place — not a brochure website plus spreadsheets.
Our solution
A custom website and online shop built around how an ICT supplier sells: customers browse the catalogue, work out the materials for a cabling job, then order or ask for a quotation, while staff handle orders, stock, quotations and the shop till from one admin.
Key capabilities
- Online shop: catalogue by category, search, cart and checkout
- Project Kit Builder: enter the number of network points and get a priced bill of materials
- Printable quotations customers create themselves, plus quotations raised by staff
- Bulk and installer price tiers, coupons, and order tracking by order number and phone
- Payment to the M-Pesa till: the customer enters the confirmation code and staff verify it
- Customer accounts with recorded consent and a download of their own data (Kenya Data Protection Act)
- Admin for products, orders, inventory with a stock ledger, stock receiving, suppliers and expenses
- An in-store till and profit reports
- Quotations, invoices and receipts for installation and other services
- A "tell us your challenge" request form with live alerts for staff

Implementation scope
Designed, built and hosted by Webresource Hub on the client's own domain: the storefront, the admin and the till, the product catalogue with photos from the manufacturers' own sites, and email notifications for orders and quotations.
M-Pesa payments are confirmed by staff from the code the customer enters; there is no automatic M-Pesa (Daraja) connection.
