The business problem

Clinics lose time and money between departments: patients wait without anyone knowing where they are, tests are done but never billed, insurance claims are rejected for missing details, and monthly MOH reports are compiled by hand.

Our solution

One system that follows each patient through the visit — triage, consultation, lab, pharmacy and cashier — so every service is recorded, billed and ready to claim, and the reports come straight out of the day's work.

Key capabilities

  • Patient registration with consent capture and duplicate detection
  • Queues from triage to clinic, lab, pharmacy and cashier, with live waiting times and a waiting-room screen
  • Consultations with ICD-11 diagnoses, lab and imaging orders, and e-prescribing with allergy checks
  • Laboratory and radiology worklists, results and printed reports
  • Pharmacy dispensing by batch and expiry date, stock-taking and reorder alerts
  • Billing per payer, co-pays, receipts and cash-up
  • SHA and insurance claims: pre-authorisation, claim builder and receivables ageing
  • Wards and beds, nursing notes, ward rounds and discharge summaries
  • MOH 705A, 705B and 717 reports, with export for DHIS2 (KHIS)
  • A compliance centre for the Digital Health Act and the Data Protection Act, with an audit trail

Implementation scope

Our own product, in development, running in our development environment with a demo hospital — fictional patients and staff, and placeholder facility codes. It is not yet running at a hospital.

Live SHA and insurer verification, the fingerprint scanner at reception and the AI clinical assistant are built but have not yet been tested with real credentials or hardware.
